i want to share a photo with you of my baby!
This is one of my favorite Callie moments. Just like all 2year old's, Callie is VERY into Elmo and Dora. One day i was going through all of Jocelyn's old clothes and found these pj's. IF you cant tell. They have Elmo, cookie monster , and big bird on them. Now i can remember Jocelyn wearing these and have a very cute picture of he in them. So, i was feeling a little nostalgic and decided to take a picture after bath time of the girls in the pj's.
When Alan got the girls dressed for bed that night Callie was sooooooo excited she couldn't even contain herself!!
I asked her to show me her jammies and this is what happen.......

My wonderful sister in law has been asking me for some photos of my "craftiness" SO, here is some of it.
I have this photo/crap holder that was not being used and like a lot of people i had those old jewelry holders that just got everything tangled. so new uses for old things right??


One Saturday while alan was away the girls and i decided to go to a few garage sales around where we live. After a whole day we came up with a few finds. Jocelyn got about 4 shirts and 2 jeans for 5 dollars and some stuffed animals that some lady was giving away.
But i walked away with this great piece of furniture for 20 dollars. It is a great piece for storage ( i have yet to figure out what i am going to put inside) The top was a very ugly green and white pattern and it is coming off. i havent fixed that yet .










and the after......
i covered it with a fabric i got for 2 dollars at walmart.


I have this great table and chairs. But with white fabric on the chairs it doesnt work to well with my kiddos. So i decided to cover 2 of them with a fabric that my whole family has had and could never figure out what to do with and some red fabric that i got again at walmart for a dollar!!! =)
so thats my "craftiness" for now next time ill show my back yard and the playroom.

Another Year

Hello All five of you who read my blog. =) I am sorry that it has been a while. I have been doing things like hanging with my family and doing arts and crafts for big kids. But more on that in another blog maybe tmrw.

SO, I have tons of pictures that i need to go through on my computer and maybe one day I will print them out and put them in an album. For now here are a few.
Jocelyn started Pre-K last week and seriously dont know where the time went. She really is ready for school and everything, but i feel like she is still so little to go into a big school. So, the last week of summer before school started
Alan and I decided we were going to jam some fun activities in. Like spending hours at the park, going for bike rides, and just spending time as together as a family.

We also decided last year that everyday before the first day of school Alan would take Jocelyn on a Daddy date. It is a special day when she can pick anything she wants to do This year she wanted to go on a family date. Her reasoning...."callie and mommy are really going to miss me"
So that we did. We didnt do everything that Alan and Jocelyn would
normally do. Jocelyn picked California Pizza Kitchen. (LOVEEEEEE)
We had a great time. The girls got to eat pizza and ice cream and
mommy got to eat her favorite meal too!!
Hopefully it wont be as long untill the next post. i will definitly have to let everyone know about jocelyns first day of school. And show off my crafty side =)

ok ok ok...

alright so i havent written anything in a very long time! Today i have a few things that i am going to write about but first a little thing my sister in law whos link in on my page already sent m.

1. I have a little bit of a control problem. I pretend that I dont care but i really do.

2.The length of pants really makes me angry! If your socks show when you are sitting they are too short

. It really bothers me on guys especially. girls arent as bad. If the bottom of your pants doesnt touch the shoe they are too short!

3. i have a shoe problem. i really like them. too much i think. i could really spend all my money on shoes.

3. i can be obsessive about my house being clean. I cant deal when it is a mess, but yet i am one of the laziest people you will ever meet.

4. I have to be on a schedule or my life gets crazy. when i get off of my schedule It really makes me frazzled. I can deal with changes in a schedule, they just need to be told to me in advance.

5. i really enjoy working out. But if i dont see results i give up.

6. i cant spell.
